Lettings Administrator required global brand (Maternity contract)

This onsite role offers broad exposure to all aspects of residential lettings and property management, including resident communication, arrears management, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, and community enhancement.
The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team supporting my client, delivering exceptional service standards within the PRS sector.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Lettings Property Manager in maintaining high occupancy levels and minimising vacancy rates.
Ensure all lettings and tenant data systems are accurately maintained and up to date for effective reporting.
Assist the Lettings Property Manager with arrears management and rent review processes.
Support the Property Manager with coordinating viewings and routine inspections as required.
Respond to all enquiries in line with agreed service level standards.
Ensure RTB records are kept up to date and that registrations are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate and manage all maintenance requests from residents, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate and provide resident events alongside the onsite team.
Liaise with residents in a professional, friendly, and solution-focused manner.
Deliver first-class customer service to both residents and prospective applicants.
Support the wider management team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Administrative lettings and tenant management experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to learn and implement new computer systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills with sensitivity to and understanding of residents’ needs.
A strong team player with a solution-oriented approach.
Effective communicator with good negotiation skills.
Understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines and maintaining quality output.
