ABOUT THE JOB
Based in our Head Office in Swords, Co. Dublin and reporting to the Facilities Manager we are currently seeking an experienced facilities Co Ordinator to join our growing team. The role is multi-faceted, below are some of the areas that you will have responsibility for:
Be a hands-on Coordinator assisting staff and assisting remote team in their execution of duties as outlined on PPM and reactive Work Order requests from Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Timely execution of all Work Orders, within the permitted parameters.
Ensure Key Performance Indicators are being achieved, escalating known issues to Facilities manager.
Review and approve sub-contractor invoices and verify works done (reports & dockets).
Make sure Service Inspections are carried out in detail, documented and executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Co-ordinate all contractors that attend site and ensure all the relevant documentation is in place prior to the work commencing.
Knows and ensures consistent compliance with companies Health, Safety & Quality policies and procedures.
Efficient management of the Asset register.

YOUR QUALIFICIATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong knowledge and understanding of statutory obligations.
3+ years’ experience coordinating Hard and Soft Facilities Services.
Experience with problem solving, root cause analysis, managing investigations and corrective and preventative actions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Car owner with a full clean driver’s licence.
Ability to work on own initiative and to meet strict deadlines.
Must be commercially focused and highly organised.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
Experience in managing people
Demonstrable history achieving KPIs and positive client interactions
A qualification in Facilities Management preferably or suitable qualification in a business or technical field, desirable.
