Remuneration: €65,000–€75,000 DOE + Annual Discretionary Bonus

This is a partially hybrid role, with some days required in the office. The office is based in South Dublin.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Due to the nature of supporting the Managing Director, occasional out-of-hours availability and flexibility will be required.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

The successful candidate will be a polished and confident professional with high emotional intelligence, integrity, and a proactive approach.

Acting as the trusted right hand to the Managing Director, you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when engaging with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director.

  • Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, coordinating meetings and appointments.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, as well as occasional corporate events.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional experience.

  • Ensure meeting rooms and office facilities are maintained to a high standard.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, liaising with suppliers and service providers.

  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.

  • Support health and safety compliance and general office administration.

Essential:

  • Minimum of five years' experience supporting senior executives, preferably within the construction, property, project management, or professional services sectors.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional, personable, and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders and clients.

  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude.
