The Concierge builds lasting relationships with residents and clients, delivers seamless day-to-day support, and represents the company with absolute integrity and pride. With in-depth knowledge of the residence and the very best local venues, restaurants, and businesses, they don’t just assist — they elevate every experience.
The Concierge responsibilities will include:
Flexibility required / Two shifts Weekdays 10.30 -7pm / Weekends 9- 5.30
Greet residents, clients and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended.
Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs.
Answer phone calls and email inquiries from residents, in a professional and timely manner.
Open and prepare resident amenities for daily operations, ensure all rooms and lobbies are always clean and tidy.
Anticipate residents’ requests to accommodate them and provide an exceptional resident experience.
Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as required.
Manage amenities bookings, schedule appointments.
Help with the organization of on-site events.
Excellent knowledge of local attractions, businesses and services.
Assist with resident maintenance requests.
Assisting with leasing administration and apartment inspections.
Management of Parcel deliveries / systems.
The Concierge will have the following attributes:
Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued.
Ability in multitasking and good time-management.
Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
In-depth understanding of hospitality standards and company procedures and policies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook and wider IT CRM systems
Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
Ability to speak a second language will be an asset.
Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends.Flexibility required / Two shifts Weekdays 10.30 -7pm / Weekends 9- 5.30
Have 2 years hospitality experience, ideally in high-end luxurious buildings.
Have 2 years’ experience in a concierge or front of house role.
