Job Description
We’re looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to join a high-performing team, playing a central role in the underwriting and execution of investment transactions across a variety of sectors. You will evaluate real estate investment opportunities, conduct financial analysis, work closely with internal research functions and support acquisition and asset management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial analysis of property investment opportunities (Residential (PRS/Living), Offices, Retail, Healthcare, I&L and mixed-use)
Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments and disposals, including residual appraisals, cash flow projections, IRR, NPV calculations and sensitivity analysis
Undertake market research alongside internal teams
Support acquisition and disposal processes
Coordinate pre-acquisition due diligence, including external advisors (technical, legal, etc.)
Monitor and report on asset and project performance using standard industry metrics
Assist in stakeholder negotiations (clients, agents, developers, etc.)
Prepare and present investment reports to senior stakeholders and committees
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
Postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., CFA, RICS) is advantageous
Experience / Technical
1–3 years’ experience in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking or a related field
Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
Familiarity with valuation methodologies, property investment metrics and relevant platforms (e.g., CoStar, Argus)
