Purpose of the Resident Experience Team
The Resident Experience Team plays a key role in building inclusive, welcoming communities that feel like home. By personalising the rental experience and ensuring seamless service at every touchpoint, the team enhances residents’ satisfaction and overall quality of life.
The Role
The Resident Experience Senior Associate supports the delivery of an exceptional rental experience from move-in to move-out. Working closely with the Leasing team, Property Managers and other stakeholders, the Senior Associate ensures residents enjoy a seamless and engaging experience throughout their tenancy.
This position also contributes to the sense of community across developments through social engagement initiatives and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Experience, Social Engagement & Operations:
Deliver a positive, resident-focused environment by putting both residents and team members at the centre of all activities.
Maintain a friendly, professional demeanour in interactions with residents, colleagues, property managers, and contractors.
Respond to resident requests and enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Manage and update the CRM platform, assisting with maintenance issues in collaboration with property managers.
Create and manage social forums on CRM platforms (e.g., notice boards, resident clubs, yoga, networking groups).
Actively contribute to the planning and delivery of monthly and quarterly resident events and community activities.
Review feedback regularly to identify service improvements and propose solutions in collaboration with the property management team.
Conduct regular check-ins with Property Managers to align on feedback, service levels, and resident satisfaction.
Support complaint resolution by working with Property Managers to ensure timely and positive outcomes.
Track move-in/move-out schedules and ensure excellent communication and coordination with internal teams and residents.
Assist with apartment readiness checks and welcome communications for new residents.
Manage package delivery and mail distribution.
Oversee bookings and daily management of amenity spaces (e.g., gym, parking, lounge).
Conduct daily inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness, safety, and high presentation standards.
Ensure effective communication with property managers, contractors, and other third parties.
Help identify and differentiate between resident and landlord responsibilities in maintenance requests and manage expectations accordingly.
Maintain GDPR-compliant contractor logs.
Represent the development’s reception area with a professional and welcoming approach.
Record resident requests, propose recommendations, calculate business costs, and manage delivery to meet expectations.
Greet and host visitors, staff, clients, and investors.
Supervise on-site teams, manage rosters, and oversee annual leave schedules.
Provide cover and support to other Resident Experience locations as needed.
Oversee office administration, including:
Ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Supporting special projects and vendor management.
Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes.
Offering general administrative support.
Acting as a cultural ambassador for the company’s values.
